Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered
• We will deliver completed work upon receipt of final payment
• We may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of Terms
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AD ASTRA DIGITAL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
